REGARDING OWL CITY AND RECENT THINGS

So, if you know me, you probably know that I'm a huge Owl City fan.
Have been one since his starting out days in ze underground around 2-ish years ago already I think.
Now that he's getting mainstreamed, I'm not sure how to feel about it.
I guess I'm kinda happy for him because he's such a great guy and an awesome solo artist/lyricist but at the same time, I'm angry that it's not going to be so ..... me I guess.
Whatever.
I'm just being a bitter, selfish bitch about it I guess.
I mean other underground artists I loved have gone mainstream before and I've kinda just rolled with it but this happening to Owl City somehow makes me a lot sadder than normal.

Before this, I could be like "That's my song" when an Owl City song came on and it really would be "my song" ... I guess all good things must come to an end.

Cheers to Owl City, guys. Much love and luck to Adam Young and his amazingness.
